About
Winandwow

"Time is the one resource that cannot be reclaimed — we teach executives to spend it deliberately."

Professional development for senior leaders
Our Background

Built Around One Specific Problem

Winandwow started in 2019 with a straightforward observation: most time management resources were designed for general audiences, not for people running organisations.

Senior executives face a different set of pressures — competing priorities, delegation at scale, and decisions that carry institutional weight. Generic advice does not address that reality.

The platform was structured around courses that treat time as an operational system, not a personal habit. The content draws on scheduling research, decision-load studies, and real patterns from executive roles across industries.

Winandwow operates entirely online, which means the curriculum reaches participants in Sydney, Singapore, Lagos, and Warsaw without modification. Geography does not change the content or the quality of instruction.

The People Behind the Curriculum

Each contributor brings a distinct background — research, operations, or facilitation — and none of the content is written by committee.

Astrid Vanhanen

Curriculum Director

Astrid spent eleven years advising C-suite teams on operational planning before moving into instructional design. She structures every module around measurable decision points, not motivational frameworks.

Daria Szymańska

Lead Facilitator

Daria runs live sessions and cohort workshops. Her background in organisational psychology shapes how the platform handles group pacing and individual progress without a one-size approach.

Tomáš Beneš

Research Lead

Tomáš sources and reviews the academic literature that underpins each course unit. He filters for studies with replicable findings and flags anything that relies on a single industry context.

How the Platform Works

Structure Over Suggestion

  • Modules are sequenced to build on each other — skipping ahead is possible but the architecture assumes linear progression.
  • Each unit includes a practical exercise tied to a real executive scenario, not a hypothetical case study.
  • Participants track time allocation across a two-week period before the course begins — this baseline shapes the feedback they receive throughout.
  • All sessions are asynchronous by default, with optional live cohort calls offered quarterly.

The platform does not promise a fixed outcome. What it offers is a structured method for examining how executive time is currently spent and a set of tools for adjusting that distribution deliberately.
